What we expect from you

Staincross Rangers is run entirely by volunteers. We pride ourselves on being a friendly, family-oriented club where the children come first.

While we are open to players of all abilities and do not hold trials, we do have expectations for everyone involved – players and parents alike:

For Players:

  • Right Attitude: Come to training and games wanting to listen, learn, and enjoy.
  • Try Your Best: Always give 100% effort, whether in a match or a practice drill.
  • Respect: Show respect to coaches, teammates, opponents, and referees.

For Parents & Carers:

  • Support positively: Model good behaviour on the touchline. Encouragement only!
  • Get involved: Whether it's helping put up goals, running the tuck shop, or joining the committee, your help keeps the club fees low and the standards high.
  • Communicate: Keep in touch with your manager via WhatsApp and let them know about availability early.
